Third Party Administration of Staff Insurances

Many large employers are faced with sizeable health insurance expenses when providing their staff with healthcare coverage.  Considerable costs could be saved if those employers set out the specific coverage that they are prepared to cover in their Human Resources Manual.  This approach can save an employer considerable costs and avoid unnecessary employee/employer conflict.

We would suggest that clients carefully look at the healthcare benefits that they offer and perhaps change their approach and only cover “major medical” claims.  Incidental sickness claims would be eliminated with reduced absenteeism through sickness.  Overall a better solution for their employee’s.

Surprised at rising medical costs?
